ISLAMABAD: The PTI-led federal government has decided to initiate ‘Kamiyab Naujawan’ programme to provide employment and empower the country’s youth.
Finance Minister Asad Umar said the government as per its manifesto was taking measures for empowering youths of the country.
He said that a programme titled as ‘Kamiyab Naujawan’ is being launched for the welfare of youths
The government has set aside Rs200 billion for the project and one million youngsters will benefit from the programme.
Under the programme micro-financing facilities will be provided to young entrepreneurs, which will be formally launched after approval of the prime minister.
Special Assistant to the PM Usman Dar said the government is undertaking initiatives to create employment opportunities for youth.
