ISLAMABAD: Senior journalist and anchorperson Muhammad Malick has joined Hum News as head of the channel.
Prior to joining Hum News, Malick was associated with 92 News as a senior anchorperson. He was hosting the channel’s primetime flagship current affairs’ show, Breaking Views with Muhammad Malick, on the channel.
Hum News formally announced on Wednesday the joining of Muhammad Malick as head of the channel.
The journalistic career of Malick is spanned well over two decades during which he held top positions both in print and electronic media.
During the tenure of PML-N government, Malick headed the state-run broadcaster, Pakistan Television. He had also worked in Dawn News, Dunya News, Geo News and almost all other top news channels in senior positions.
Apart for it, Malick had also remained Resident Editor of English daily, The News and The Muslim.
