The 50th match of IPL 2017 will be played between Gujrat Lions vs Delhi Daredevils May 10, 2017.
Packed with young batsmen like Sam Billings, Sanju Samson, Karun Nair and Shreyas Iyer, the Zaheer Khan led Delhi Daredevils’ strength lies in their array of talented seam-bowling all-rounders.
With four wins and eight losses, Gujarat Lions have been hugely inconsistent this season. It is pertinent to mention that Suresh Raina’s men haven’t won a single match while batting first this season. In six matches Gujarat Lions have set a target and they’ve ended up on the losing side.
On the other hand, Delhi Daredevils – with four wins and seven losses – can get to maximum 14 points but it still wouldn’t change the playoff scenario.
The last time both teams met this season, Rishabh Pant and Sanju Samson’s 143-run stand guided DD to a comfortable seven-wicket win at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium.
The match will be day and night (D/N) and start at 20:00 (8:00 pm) local time (14:30 or 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM or 19:30 Pakistan Time).
