LAHORE: Legendary cricketer and former Test captain Waseem Akram has now stepped into another profession, as he joined multi-national Taxi service Careem as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Both sources are lipped-tight on the matter, but we have confirmed via our sources which reveal the all the documentation for the rare move has been made.
While we trust and respect Wasim Akram for his cricketing abilities, it’s hard to predict his career as head of a tech company.
We also think that this could be an honorary position and that Wasim Akram might not run day to day operations at the company.
