Indian army convoy attacked, 3 soldiers dead

 SRINAGAR – On Saturday, an Indian Army convoy attacked by militants in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district which left three soldiers died, told the Indian Army.

The security officials said, the militants fired constantly at the vehicle which was carrying soldier near the Kadlabal area of Pampore.

The militants succeeded to flee from the spot after the attack, but the Indian Army carrying a massive search operation to find the suspects. This is the second attack in Pampore this year.

There is always a danger for Indian Army to get attacked by Kashmiri militants along the stretch of the highway that connects Srinagar and Jammu Kashmir. The route use to carry supplies to the Srinagar-based 15 Corps, which considered to be the nerve centre to battle militancy in the valley.
