LAHORE: Tthe Celebrated couple of Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed’s Mehndi (Dholki) pictures has gone viral on social media.
The couple celebrated a joint Dholki and Mehndi event followed by a stylish Nikah ceremony at architectural wonder Badshahi Mosque in Lahore.

The event of Nikah was only attended by close friends and family members.
The adored couple partook in various events these past few weeks, with more than one Mehendi and dholki events and a bridal shower taking place at the Hocane sisters’ home.
The Dholki or Dholak is part of the wedding celebration. Traditionally, many days or even weeks before the actual wedding day, women will gather in the house of the bride at night to sing and dance while accompanied by percussion instruments.
Today, this ceremony has also been reduced to a single night of singing and is often combined with Mehndi or Henna ceremony.
The couple’s fans were gossiping on the social media for their wedding ever since they started dating. Then Farhan Saeed made it public about their engagement in the mid-November posting on Instagram “She said YESS!” showing Urwa’s hand with a ring on the finger.
“We are together, and everyone knows about it. We have confessed it earlier on social media as well, so it is not a rumour but a reality,” says Farhan in an interview.
The two are set to be married on December 18, as per wedding card pictures posted on the social media. The rich gold card came in a box with net ribbons and tokens of Ferrero Rochers.
