LONDON: Pakistan origin British Boxer and World Champion Aamir Khan’s parents reacted to the allegations made by his wife Faryal Makhdoom Khan.
His parents said that they prevented the model from wearing clothes that were against Islamic dress codes but spurned all claims of mental and physical abuse that made by Faryal.
Aamir’s parents explained that when their son bought a new house, she made an issue of that as well. They said that they can never even think of torturing their daughter-in-law. However, they claim that Faryal’s dressing was not complies to the Islamic faith which is why they asked her to stop wearing improper dresses.
Aamir’s parents were upset at their son being on the news like this, due to which the family has suffered great insult and embarrassment. They said that such claims from the model are only to sought cheap publicity.
Earlier, Faryal claimed of being subjected to domestic abuse and beaten by her parents-in-law. She made a series of allegations about her in-laws’ misbehaving with her.
Among the other accusations by Faryal that her in-laws cropped her out of the family photos, throwing a TV remote at her and slapping her.
One of her Snapchat’s post, she said “”Don’t get your sons married if you’re going to abuse and bully the wife. I’ve always been so quiet but seriously, this message is for everyone! When you bring someone’s daughter, treat her as your own. Your son will be much happier and so will you.”
