Michael Jackson was Muslim? Daughter Janet proves so

Elder daughter of world famous pop singer Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson has finally broken her silence on social media and updated her fans about her health.

Posting on Twitter, the singer reached out to all her fans who wished her health, ‘love and prayers’ throughout her pregnancy ever since she announced about having a baby at 50.

The singer wrote, “Hey you guys.. It’s been awhile.. But I’m still listening,” she wrote. “I feel your love and prayers.. Thank you.. and I’m doing well.”

Janet Jackson is now officially a Muslim. Janet, who married a devout Muslim – Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Manna, had been considering converting to Islam for some time

The singer-songwriter, who is married to husband Wissam Al Mana, said “Al Hamdu Lillah”, Arabic for “Praise Be To Allah” at her health status.

Jackson officially confirmed her pregnancy in October, though first hinted that she was expecting back in April, when she told fans that she was postponing her tour because she and husband were “planning a family.”

Earlier, Michael Jackson’s sister Jermaine says Michael Jackson was on the verge of converting to Islam. Jermaine Jackson believes his brother Michael was in the process of converting to Islam before his death in 2009.

Speaking from Morocco’s Mawazine Festival, Jackson said his younger brother had been studying Islamic spiritual texts.

But, the sources privy to famous singer suggested that Michael had converted to Islam before his death and he was going to announce it to the world.
