DUBAI: Lahore Qalandars have picked star New Zealand cricketer Brandon McCullum in their first Platinum pick of the PSL Draft in Dubai.
Lahore picked McCullum as their skipper and batting mentor for the team.
On the other hand, Lahore have traded their start batsman Chris Gayle with Karachi, and as a result, the giant cricketer was picked by Karachi Kings in their first pick.
Peshawar Zalmi has retained their star batsman Shahid Afridi in the Platinum choice.
Similarly, Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United have retained their previous players, Kevin Peitersen and Misbah ul Haq respectively.
