ISLAMABAD: By-election on the vacant seat of NA-258 Karachi will be held on November 22, announced Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
According to schedule issued here, the aspiring candidates could file their nomination papers from October 17 to 18.
The scrutiny of nomination papers would be conducted from October 20and 21. Appeal against the decision of Returning Officer about rejecting or accepting nomination papers could be filed by October26, which would be decided by tribunal by October 29.
The candidates can withdraw their nomination papers by November 1.
