Team Pakistan have shown guts to rise from 4-0 fall in ODI series against England to four consecutive wins.
They won one-off T20 series against WT20 runner ups and then floored WT20 champions 2-0 in a three-match T20 series.
Though, the series win won’t alter their current ICC Ranking (7th) in the shorter format, but this certainly give them the boost required to battle against New Zealand in November.
The way Sarfraz Ahmed has lead this team, it is expected that Pakistan would soon improve its ranking in this format too like they did in the Tests.
The real concern for this growing team is there ODI form. Carrying the current momentum, if Green Shirts enter ODI series, there are fair chances that they might get desired results.
West Indies, however, would be wary of this side both in the last T20 and the ODIs, specially in the absence of their premier players like Chris Gayle, Andre Russel and Lindol Simmons.
