MUMBAI: The rumour that Pakistan heartthrob Fawad Khan has been taken for a key role in director Neeraj Pande’s upcoming movie M.S. Dhoni.
It was reported that Fawad will play a role of Indian Test captain Virat Kohli.
But, Indian tabloid Pinkvilla, has claimed that this is not more than just rumour. Quoting a source close to the Fawad, PinkviIlla wrote it is confirmed that the Pakistan star has not been offered this role.
“Fawad is not doing M.S. Dhoni,” the website quoted the source as saying.
He is surprised to know from where these reports are coming, it said.
The singer-cum filmstar is currently gathering up for the release of his latest flick Ae Dil Hai Mushkil only, where he is playing a role of Anushka Sharma’s ex-boyfriend.
