LAHORE: Chairman Executive Committee of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the chairman of Pakistan Super League (PSL) has recently stated that the board will honour Saeed Ajmal and Shahid Afridi with the due farewell.
He was responding all the controversial news making round in media today regarding farewell match for Afridi.
In a tweet from his official Twitter handle, Najam Sethi stated that he would call upon both players next week to discuss ‘a fitting sendoff’.

Word was that the star all-rounder and the former T20 captain Shahid Khan Afridi will be given a farewell match during upcoming T20 series against West Indies.
However, things did not fall into places for Afridi as his name was not included in the Pakistan squad announced for West indies T20s.
The three-match T20 series between Pakistan and West Indies in UAE will commence from Friday, September 23.
On the other hand, magician spinner Saeed Ajmal, after emerging as the highest wicket-taker and helping Karachi Blues to win the National T20 cup, has shown an intent to return to national side.
Ajmal made this statement via twitter account after being the key factor in Karachi Blues’ win against Lahore White in the semifinal of the tournament.
