Toss: Pakistan bat first in 2nd ODI against England

LONDON: Pakistan have won the toss and elected to bat first in the second ODI of the five-match series at Lord’s, London.

Azhar says after winning the toss, “The wicket looks dry and good for batting.”

Pakistan have made three changes for Pakistan: Hafeez, Nawaz and Gul are out, Aslam, Yasir and Hasan Ali play.

Azhar says Hafeez “is not fit” although there is some debate about whether that’s the case.

Pakistan 1 Sami Aslam, 2 Sharjeel Khan, 3 Azhar Ali (capt), 4 Babar Azam, 5 Shoaib Malik, 6 Sarfraz Ahmed (wk), 7 Imad Wasim, 8 Yasir Shah, 9 Hasan Ali, 10 Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Amir

Eoin Morgan says he would have bowled so he’s pretty happy. “There is confidence and belief in the side.” Morgan mentions the tinge of green, but doesn’t expect the ball to do too much. England are unchanged.
