DUBLIN: Start of the most anticipated game between Pakistan and Ireland at The Village, Malahide, Dublin has been delayed due to wet outfield.
Another inspection of the field will be at 12:00pm (4 p.m PST).
Pakistan coaches are worried about an area on the outfield which is still a bit damp. Its an area of the ground that has advertising painted on it. We can only assume that it’s not drying as well as the rest of the ground.
You would have to hope that we will have some good news soon after that, the ground is really filling up well and we are expecting a good crowd here today. All that we need is some cricket to go with it!
