LONDON: England Test captain Alastair Cook Wednesday announced to field an unchanged side for the fourth and final Test of the series at The Oval.
Cook said while speaking to media at Oval that the selectors were considering to give leg-spinner Adil Rashid a a home debut, but eventually restricted with the winning combination of Edgbaston.
England won the third Test at Edgbaston with 141 runs after a dramatic turnaround on fifth day.
No place for Adil Rashid means England will feature four seamers and off-break bowler Moeen Ali as the specialist spinner.
Hosts are currently 2-1 up in the four-match Test series, winning Old Trafford battle with over 300 runs and then stealing Edgbaston Show on final day with 141 runs.
