LONDON: There is lot to say about the new hyped iPhone 7 but not a single thing to be sure about. So far not a single claim has been made from a reliable source, we have gathered the Top 10 rumors from various sources but still they are rumors.
Rumor no. 1: Three iPhone variants
There will be three iPhone variants. An iPhone 7 with 4.7-inch display, iPhone 7 plus with 5.5-inch display and iPhone 7 Pro with some herculean specs; such as dual-lens camera and a beefier battery.
Rumor no. 2: No headphone jack
The new iPhone will not have 3.5mm headphone jack. This does not seem to be an impractical move, Lenovo’s new Moto Z and Moto Z Force Droid and Turing Phone have already shown the viability of a phone without a headphone jack. But this sound a heartbreaking deal for the users who prefer to use their favorite headphones.
It is also believed that Apple will include a 3.5mm jack adaptor along with its regular Earpods or it might offer Earpods with thunderbolt connector or USB-C connector.
Rumor no. 3: Stereo speakers
According to rumors, as the device won’t have any headphone jack then how company going to fill that space?
Yes, you’re thinking right, the company is going to pack the space with another speaker. If it’s true, it will be first stereo iPhone.
Rumor no. 4: Smart Connector
The rumor is the iPhone Pro has the 3-pin Smart Connector which Apple had already used in iPad Pro which has no use besides connecting keyboard without any effort. By the rumors, Apple will also release some gadgets to connect with the phone same as Moto Z and Moto Z Droid Force 16-pin magnetic connector.
Rumor no 5: The unibody metal design
The phone will have a same unibody aluminum metal design but the antennas will not be cutting through the panel but along with the back panel edges and over the camera.
Rumor no. 6: No physical home button
Apple is going to use Touch ID display just to eliminate the physical iconic home button, downsizing the bezel around the display and minimizing the phones dimensions.
Rumor no. 7: The 4K display
Instead of having 2K display, the iPhone is going to use the 4K display. However, Apple used a full HD 1920×1080 panel in iPhone 6S Plus, so how it can use 4K display by skipping 2K. By any mean it does not meant they won’t, but Apple is quite persistent releasing new features.
Rumor no. 8: Ingress Protection rating
Last year, a lot of users were disappointed when they found out that iPhone 6S/6S plus were not waterproof.
There are speculations the upcoming iPhone will be waterproof and IP67 certified. Almost all the flagship devices are IP67 certified which make iPhone users feel inferior.
Rumor no. 9: The release date
Anyone can conclude by the previous five iPhones (iPhone 5/5S/5C/6/6S) released dates the new iPhone is going to launch somewhere in September.
Evan Blass, the tech leaker, tweeted the phone is going to launch on September 12, later he broke the date is 16.

Rumor no. 10: No iPhone 7
There are rumors that there will be no iPhone 7 but an iPhone 6SE, this claim was made by a German website Apfelpage.de. The website cites supply-chain sources in China, claims that Apple has already produces packages with the “iPhone 6SE” branding.
The reason behind the release of iPhone 6SE is Apple has something up its sleeves for the big day, means the 10th anniversary of iPhone in 2017.
There are more rumors around but these are the best found, but all the doubts will be clear when Apple will release the new iPhone.
