Lord’s Test: Cook dropped twice off Amir’s ball

LONDON: England’s captain Alastair Cook has now got second life in his innings against Pakistan at Lord’s, in the second innings of the first Test between Pakistan and England.

Lucky Cook was first dropped on 22 by Mohammad Hafiz in the second slip, the catch cost Pakistan brisk fifty by Cook.

The second time English captain given life on 55, was by wicket keeper Sarfraz Ahmed, who shelled a rather easy catch, trying to make it look difficult.

Pakistan still looking for second wicket, and Amir still in search of first  Lord’s wicket after Test return.

Cook is still batting on 68 off 98 balls.
