Jennifer Winget to debut opposite Fawad Khan

MUMBAI: Indian television actress Jennifer Winget is reportedly all set to make her Bollywood debut. If reports were to be believed, she will make her entry in director Zoya Akhtar’s next.

Akhtar has already finalised Ranveer Singh in her upcoming film. At recently held Iifa celebrations in Spain, Ranveer expressed his desire to work with Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan.

And according to several reports, Zoya is considering Fawad for the film.

Jennifer’s name is being considered by the makers to star opposite Fawad and her manager is in talks with Excel Entertainment, according to Emirates 24|7.

While the production house is yet to confirm the cast, Jennifer’s Instagram post and her caption almost confirms the news.

She wrote: “#rumourhasit… haven’t you heard? and whaddyaknow, maybe it’s ’bout time! Now wont that be #adreamcometrue.”

This role will indeed be a dream comes true for the TV actress.

Earlier, Jennifer was supposed to make her B-Town debut with ‘Phir Se’, with director Kunal Kohli. Apparently, the movie couldn’t release due to post production woes and legal issues.

Jennifer was earlier married to Karan Singh Grover but the two parted ways last year. Last month, Karan Singh Grover got married to Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu.
