MUMBAI: To end the murmurs and speculations, Ek Villain star Sidharth Malhotra has confirmed that he is doing Aashiqui 3 with his bae Alia Bhatt.
While speaking at a public appearance, Sidharth finally confirmed, “Yes, Alia and I are doing Aashiqui 3. It’s a great space and I hope people like us.”
Their camaraderie on-screen as well as off-screen has always made headlines and the producers are hoping the magic will continue to bring audiences to the theatres.
The film was initially planned with Hrithik and Sonam, but both actors had lo leave the film due to busy schedule and then the makers decided to cast Alia and Sid to cash in on the appeal of the real life couple. “It’s a great franchise to be a part of,” Sid believes.
