Ramadan 2016 calendar: Sehri and iftar time for Pakistan

LAHORE:  The holy month of Ramadan (Ramadan 2016) is most likely to start on June 07 in Pakistan, and will continue for thirty days till July 6. For Muslims, fast begins with the sunrise and end at sunset. During this time, Muslims are forbidden to eat or drink. Given blow is detailed calendar for Ramadan 2016 with Sehri and Iftar timings of Major cities of Pakistan.

Some cities of the country including Islamabad and Lahore will even observe sixteen-hour long fast, while some parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Peshawar will observe more than fifteen and a half hour of fast duration.

Ramadan 2016 is likely to begin from June 7 this year and will last for thirty days till July 6 2016, as chairman Ruet e Hilal Committee, Mufti Munib ur Rehman announced last week.

Working timings for government and private sectors will be reduced to 6 hours.
