NEW YORK- Users beware, if you have 9.7 in iPad Pro, then you should avoid updating your Apple iOS to 9.3.2. This would leave your tablet into an expensive brick.
The recently released Apple iOS, the update aims to fix iPhone SE Bluetooth problems and a fault that prevents MDM servers installing Custom B2B apps. But unfortunately, things have not gone according to the plan.
There is another issued being faced by users, actually users of 9.7 in iPad Pro. The new update totally bricks the Apple tablet. Users have taken to social media and various Apple discussion forums to vent their frustration, saying that they received ‘Error 56’ messages just minutes after installing iOS 9.3.2.
When affected devices install iOS 9.3.2 and restart users are presented with an ‘Error 56’ code which tells them to connect to iTunes. The problem is connecting to iTunes does nothing, the device is locked and forced reboots only return it the same state.
According to Apple’s code guide, which recommends which recommends installing the latest version of iTunes, checking for problems with third-party security software and attempting a restore twice, Error 56 is a hardware problem.
Furthermore, the company suggests for those who are still seeing the error message should contact Apple support.
