Musharraf ‘abscond’, says special court

ISLAMABAD- Special court, heating the high treason trial has termed former president, Pervez Musharraf as ‘abscond’, TheNewsTribe reports.

According to the details, Special Court is hearing the high treason case against the ex-president Pervez Musharraf, who went to Dubai some time ago.

The court called to display ‘wanted posters’ in front of the ex-president’s house and also in front of the court. Advertisement should be given in Urdu and English newspaper as well, the court orders.

On this occasion, Musharraf’s close aide and guarantee, Rashid Qureshi and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Mubarak Ali were present.

The Special Court has postponed the hearing for case till 12 July.

It is pertinent to mention here that the ex-president has gone abroad for treatment.
