Not touched any Police person, will practice my rights, claims Nayyar Bukhari

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party leader and Former Chairman Senate, Nayyar Hussain Bukhari has denied any scuffle with Police personnel in capital city Islamabad on Wednesday, reported.

Bukhari while talking to the media person said I will practice my legal right if contacted by law enforcers.

Bukhari, who is facing criticism after scuffling with police personnel at local courts area of F8 in Islamabad, said a private person approached him and his guard for search, he denied to allow him and his guard pushed him back after insisting to search us.

No person in civilian dress has right to touch or search me, responded PPP leader Bukhari while asked about the situation.

Not aware about Inspector General (IG) Police order to arrest me, will give my response if contacted by police, said Bukhari while commenting on the issue.

It is worth mentioning here that Islamabad police has registered the case against Bukhari in Margalla Police Station over scuffle with Police Personnel.

Meanwhile, Opposition leader in Pakistan National assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah has criticised the IG police over his order to arrest Bukhari after scuffle with Police.

On the other hand, Islamabad Police consulting with experts over the arrest attempt of former Chairmen Senate.
