Gen Raheel terminates 13 Army officers over corruption

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Thursday terminated thirteen Army officers over corruption charges, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

The development has come in two days after the Army Chief called for accountability across the board in the country amid Panama leaks brouhaha.

Sacked officers involve one  Lieutenant General & one Major-General, five Brigadiers, three Colonels and one Major ranked officer.

Most of the terminated officers were serving in Frontier Corps.
