Here is the right way to wash hands

Do you know we have been washing our hands wrong our whole life? Here is the right way to wash hands.

Put your palms together and rub your hands. This step is quite instinctive. But there is a lot much to do next.

Rub your hands with your fingers entwined. Put one hand on the top of other and interlock your fingers and scrub. Then put the other hand on top and again scrub.

This is not over yet. Put your palms together again with fingers interlocked. Clasp your hands with one hand upside down. The tops of your fingers should be touching the opposing hand’s palm.

Then scrub your thumbs individually. Rub each palm with the fingers of the other hand.

Washing hands is important for our health as it saves you from around 200 diseases. And washing them in a right way is even more important.
