Zameen, Pakistan’s largest property portal, concluded its two-day Zameen Property Expo (Islamabad) on Sunday, April 10. The event, arguably the federal capital’s biggest and most anticipated realty affair of the year, saw developers, agents, buyers, sellers and prospective investors converge at the Pak-China Friendship Centre for a productive weekend of information exchange, beneficial deals, family fun and a whole lot more.
On the first day, Senator Chaudhary Tanvir Khan cut the ribbon to officially open the event, while on the second day the Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry served as the chief guest.
Earthlink Real Estate, Minara Residence, Subhan Estate, Royal Orchard, Iqbal Real Estate & Builders and Sheikh Enterprises were among the prominent exhibitors at the show. The impressive line-up of around 50 exhibitors did not just consist of developers and agents but also established home management businesses.
The wildly popular ‘Wheel of Fortune’ continued to spin throughout, offering attendees an endless stream of appealing giveaways. Other exciting features, such as the photo booths and an excellent selection of food vendors, persistently drew crowds to amp up the visitor experience.
The second day saw an even larger footfall of attendees. Towards the end, CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan then called all exhibitors on stage to accept souvenirs. The final event was a lucky draw which attracted huge crowds. Winners took home amazing smartphones, power banks, Bluetooth speakers and even a smart watch.
An extensive marketing campaign, including ad campaigns on national television, radio commercials, billboards and streamers across the city, was skilfully orchestrated by the Zameen team to ensure that anyone with even the slightest interest of interest in real estate converged at the Expo this weekend. As the event drew to a close, a great deal of invaluable information had been shared and many deals struck.
