Four ‘fat’ foods that can cut pounds

It’s a common notion that ‘fat’ foods or fatty foods mean more kilos, but it is not always true. There are some good fat-rich food items that help you in achieving a toned stomach and cut some pounds, here are a few of these,

Avocado

Despite being rich and creamy, avocados have monounsaturated fats, which contain oleic acid that controls hunger pangs. These are also rich in proteins and fiber, which help in burning more fat and keeping you slim and trim.

Coconut

Even though coconut has high amount of saturated fat, most of it is in the form of lauric acid, which regulated cholesterol. Studies have also confirmed that coconut oil reduces abdominal obesity.

Almonds

A study revealed that those who followed a moderate fat diet with a steady intake of almond lost weight around waistline. That was because almonds contain compounds which control fat absorption by the body.

Full fat yogurt

Greek yogurt is good for health, and so is full-fat yogurt. Why, you ask. Because it’s full of probiotic bacteria. Researches have proved that yogurt improves digestive system, helping fight obesity. Just ensure you make your own yogurt at home.
