It was his tenth (including warm-up) toss-win on a row when West indies skipper Darren Sammy won the toss against England in the final game of ICC WT20 2016.

Sammy decided to open the bowl with Badri who provided him the most important breakthrough, removing Jason Roy on second ball of the match.

Roy, who had been a firepower for England throughout the tournament, he went for naught.

Alex hales was the second one to fall for England on last ball of second over, wasn’t really ball to through wicket. he went for 1, leaving England 8-2.

Morgan, unlucky went for just five. England were in real trouble with 23-3 on the board in five overs.

It was the invaluable partnership of 61 runs between Joe Root (54) and Jose Buttler (36) which really helped England rebuild their innings, but once the too were gone, they were in big trouble losing Moin (0), Plunket (4) and Jordan for 12.

it was Willey’s (21) firepower down the order which helped England to go past 150 mark and posted 155/9 in their 20.

West Indies will require 156 runs to win when they come to bat.
