KOLKATA: It was his tenth (including warm-up) toss-win on a row when West indies skipper Darren Sammy won the toss against England in the final game of ICC WT20 2016.

He has not lost a single toss in WT20 2016, winning 2 warm-up’s, all four tosses in Group games, one against India, probably the most important toss to win and then today.

No other captain in WC history has won all the tosses in the tournament and that is a world record.

The last time Darren Sammy lost a toss: Cape Town 9-1-2015 Since then has won a record 10 tosses in a row!
