LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Shahryar Khan has reportedly reversed his retirement decision after meeting Najam Sethi in PCB headquarter.
Shahryar Khan, who had decided to step down as PCB head, and was to announce his decision in press conference, has now reversed it after head of PCB’s governing body, Najam Sethi held an hour long meeting and persuaded him not to resign or the moment being.
Reports now suggest that Shahryar Khan has held his decision, he might not announce resignation in the press conference later in this evening.
Earlier, reports were making rounds that a close friend of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif,  and senior diplomat from PM house has asked Shahryar Khan to leave his post.
âThings are not going your way, it is better for you to step down,â message.
âEvery decision of PM is acceptable for me,â Shahryar replied.
However, Najam Sethi has assured Shahryar Khan to tackle all the matters himself including PM house, media and Committee’s recommendations.
