DUBAI: After the poor performance in Asia Cup T20 followed by WT20 2016, Pakistan cricket team dropped to seventh position in International Cricket Council (ICC) Twenty T20 international rankings, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
After having an outstanding run in WT20, New Zealand has improved two more ranks to second, and England managed to grab the 5th slot in ICC T20i rankings. Sri Lanka, too facing a downfall, dropping down to placed on 6th and Australian team is on 6th tear.

Before this tournament, Pakistan team was on 8th position and this worst ever T20i ranking of Green Shirts. But, after beating Bangladesh in WT20 opening match, Pakistan had come up to 5th slot, but dropped down to seven after facing three consecutive defeats
