PM Nawaz appoints Muhammad Amlish as DG FIA

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday approved the appointment of Director General (DG) National Police Bureau Muhammad Amlish as DG Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to a notification issued by the Prime Minister’s, Amlish, who was serving at BPS 21 level in the Police Service of Pakistan will replace FIA Director General Tehseen Anwar Shah.

Amlish previously served as Inspector General of Police Balochistan, Additional Inspector General Punjab and held the look-after charge of DIG Headquarters.
