ISLAMABAD- The full dress rehearsal, for the celebration of ‘Pakistan Day’ i.e. 23rd March has been concluded a few minutes ago.
The full dress rehearsal, which is the part of preparations for Pakistan Day Parade has been held at the Parade venue. Mobile services were suspended and several routes were prohibited to enter.
But now all routes to enter Islamabad have been opened for common traffic.
Columns of Army, Navy, Airforce, Police and Rangers attended the rehearsal. Not only had this, but the helicopters of the three armed forces including F-16 and JF thunder also participated in the rehearsal.
Scores of fighter aircraft of PAF, Pakistan Navy and helicopters of Army Aviation rehearsed fly-past for the final day.
Security measures in the twin cities, Rawalpindi and Islamabad were befitted for this rehearsal to avoid any unanticipated incident.
Nevertheless, traffic is supposed to be on its place from now on except the fact that prohibition of entry of heavy traffic in Islamabad will be intact till 12 at night of 23rd March.
