Pakistan releases 86 Indian fishermen

ISLAMABAD: Government of Pakistan has released 86 fishermen caught at the sea in Pakistani waters at different occasions. These fishermen would be handed over to India through Wahga today.

Fishermen held at Landhi Jail in Karachi would reach Lahore tomorrow through Cant Railway Station, Karachi. They would be handed over to Indian authorities at Wahga Border.

Indian Fishermen praised Pakistani jail officials and their treatment during their confinement in Pakistan. India recently released 9 Pakistani prisoners and Pakistan has returned the gesture with a larger release.
