Sheikh Rasheed leaves for India to watch Pak-Ind match

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed on Friday left for India to watch sizzling match of International Cricket Council (ICC) Twenty20 Cricket World Cup 2016, between Pakistan and India at Eden Gardens cricket stadium, Kokata, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

While talking to media persons, Shiekh Rasheed said that he is going to support Pakistan cricket team in ongoing cricket world cup.

“My best wishes, support, and love in for Pakistan cricket players and I am going to support our team in cricket world cup, ” he added.

Chief of AML said admired the decision of federal government regarding the issue of former president of Pakistan and military chief General (rtd) Pervez Musharraf.

“Government took right decision to remove Musharraf’s name from Exit Control List (ECL) and allowed him to travel abroad,” he added.

It is important to mention here that Pakistan’s World Cup winning captain Imran Khan will commentate during Pakistan vs India World Twenty20 contest.

Legendary skipper will commentate over Pakistan India match for Indian Sports Channel, Star sports.

According to media reports, the said TV channel has offered Rupees 40, crores to ‘Khan Sahab’ for his 40 minutes of commentary in the match, which makes it 10 lac per minute. The amount reveals the worth of the man who was the media icon of hi time.
