SC orders to shift offices of IGs from residential areas

ISLAMABAD: Senior judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Sheikh Azmat refused to provide 4 months for the shifting of IG motorway and IG police offices from residential to commercial areas of Islamabad, TheNewsTribe.com reported. 

Justice Sheikh Azmat slammed secretary interior ministry for using delaying tactics and rejected the plea to give 3, 4 months for shifting.

“Managing Director Capital Development Authority should leave his post if he is not able to resolve the issue,” he said.

He also taunted that CDA should replace the Pakistan’s national flag with flag of Daesh if CDA do not want obey the constitution.

Earlier on January 26, Capital Development Authority (CDA) officials raided and sealed different commercial offices in residential areas of Islamabad, Pakistan.

CDA took action against the commercial activities in residential areas over the strict orders from Supreme Court of Pakistan.

CDA has sealed local NGO office for special people in F-11, high profile site in Capital city of Pakistan, also, one girl’s hostel has been sealed over the same purpose in the same site.
