KARACHI: Senior political analyst and anchor person Iftikhar Ahmed has claimed that at least 27 more Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) current leaders are likely to join hands with Mustafa Kamal before 23rd March.
While speaking in a TV show, Iftikhar Ahmed stated that he had a conversation with MQM leader Mustafa Azeezabadi before coming to the show and he [Azeezabadi] revealed that he too had similar reports, and said ‘it is good for us so that black sheeps in the party will be unveiled.’
Earlier, Mustafa Kamal, in his presser today welcomed former MQM leader Raza Haroon in his unnamed party and told media that his party name will be announced on 23rd march.
Kamal has also announced to hold a public gathering in second week of next month on Karachi’s Bagh e Jinnah Ground.
