Pakistani pacer injured during practice session

KOKALTA: Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Sami likely to miss first match of International Cricket Council (ICC) Twenty20 Cricket World Cup as he got injury during practice session, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to reports, Mohammad Sami got injury during practice session at Edens Gardens cricket stadium and leave the ground.

Earlier, Indian government on Saturday has provided foolproof security to Pakistan cricket team as per written assurance was given to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

According to details, Pakistan national cricket team was arrived at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport , Kokata where special commandos and personnel of Indian military were deployed for the security of Green Shirts.

Pakistan cricket players landed on the soil of India as state guests. Indian media claimed that Pakistan cricket team was moved to hotel via bullet-proof bus.

Security of Eden Gardens cricket stadium has been tighten where Pakistan and will meet in the important match of International Cricket Council (ICC) Twenty20 Cricket World Cup 2016.
