Shahid Afridi will play match against Sri Lanka: Intikhab Alam

MIRPUR: Team manager Pakistan cricket team Intikhab Alam told that skipper Shahid Afridi will play the last group match of Asia Cup 2016 on Friday, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

Team management asked Shahid Afridi to skip the match but he refused to take rest. Intikhab Alam informed that Afridi refused to take rest.

Pakistan cricket team is in pressure after facing shameful defeat from Bangladesh in crucial match of T20 Asia Cup 2016.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) made committee to probe the back back to defeats in on going tournament Asia Cup 2016.

Younis Khan, Musbah ul Haq, Iqbal Qasim, Subhan Ahmed and Shakeel Shiekh will find out the reasons of poor performance.

Chairman PCB also hinted the big changes in team before International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 Cricket World Cup 2016.
