Bollywood Star Sanjay Dutt returns to home

MUMBAI: Bollywood star Snjay Dutt set free on Thursday  who was convicted under the Arms Act for illegal possession of an AK-56 rifle, TheNewsTribe.com learnt from Indian media.

Dutt, who was released from Yerwada Jail this morning, got a humongous welcome at Mumbai Airport and even at his residence where fans had gathered in huge numbers to catch a glimpse of the actor.

After meeting his family, few close friends and spending some quality time with them, Dutt addressed media outside his Pali Hill residence.

One thing that completely stood out from all his statements was that Dutt didn’t want the media to mention the 1993 Bomb Blast case because he wasn’t convicted in the said case, but was sentenced under the Arms Act. “I am not a terrorist,” is what an emotionally and mentally drained Sanjay told media.

“I am missing my dad today. His only wish was to see his son walk free,” he added.
