NAB scared PM Nawaz Sharif, says Naeem ul Haq

ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Naeem ul Haq reponded to the statement of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and said that Nawaz Sharif is scared of National Accountability Bureau’s investigation, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to the details, Haq was of the view that the accountability body was influenced by the PM himself as the NAB chairman in the past has been appointed at Sharif’s will.

Earlier, Asif Ali Zardari said that PM Nawaz should monitor that activities and actions Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). He claimed that PML-N leader admitted that Doctor Asim was not involved in corruption but PPP leader is still behind the bars.

Nawaz Sharif ordered NAB to act responsible saying that the department raids innocent people s houses, Dunya News reported Tuesday.

The Prime Minister addressed a gathering of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) workers today.

PM Nawaz said that he does not believe in politics based on lies however, politicians these days tell nothing but lies. It is not in accordance with democratic norms that people elect a leader and another party topples his government, he added.

He said that to run government of the country is not a bed of roses but thorns. He criticised Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) sarcastically saying that the nation knows what it did for the betterment of the people in its tenure as government.
