A colorful opening ceremony will take place before the high-voltage action kicks off. National and international celebrities such as Ali Zafar, Sean Paul, Ali Azmat, Mohib Mirza and Sanam Saeed will perform in the ceremony before the opening match of the league.

PSL opening ceremony is actually a carnival of T20 cricket. It is going to be a ‘mela’. As it is going to be the biggest event ever in Pakistan’s cricket history.

It’s logo has been released in a dazzling ceremony in Lahore which has been attended by cricketing stars and celebrities on 15th September 2015.

Even crickets abroad are excited for this. Former English captain, Kevin Pietersen says, “Hi guys, I’m absolutely buzzing to be part of the Pakistani ‘mela’ coming up in February. I can’t get wait to get started.”

The right handed batsman added: “It looks like it is going to be a wonderful competition, Lots of fun, lots of sixes, lots of wickets, typical t20 stuff.”
