School reopen in Punjab after six-day closure

LAHORE: Government and private schools in Punjab reopened on Monday after shutdown for six days due to security concerns, TheNews Tribe.com reported.

Chairman of All Pakistan Private Schools Federation Kashif Mirza on Sunday announced to reopen the schools in Punjab as government accepted the demands of school owners.

Private school owners in capital city of Islamabad have decided to extend schools closure and demanded security for the educational institutions as promised to the schools in Punjab.

School were reopened after the closure of six days.Few schools in Punjab still closed due to security concerns.
