Pakistan vs New Zealand 3rd ODI: New Zealand on driving seat

AUCKLAND: Home side is on roar after getting target of 291 runs in the third and final match of 3 match series at Eden Park, Auckland.

After losing 1st wicket very early, Kiwis batsmen Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson keep Pakistan away from more wickets and both premier batters have completed their century partnership in 19th over of their innings.

Earlier, Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first and put 290 runs on the board courtesy to Mohammad Hafeez and Babar Azam’s 76 and 83 runs respectively.

Pakistan was going very smoothly when Hafeez and Babar were on the crease but then sudden fall of wickets put visitors on back foot and they were only restricted to 290 in 48th over.

Kiwis pacer Adam Milne took three wickets while Trent Boult and Henry grabbed two wickets each.

At the moment NZ are 117-1 in 20 overs.
