Pak vs NZ 1st ODI: NZ lost openers, updates

WELLINGTON: New Zealand has lost both of its openers in first One Day International (ODI) match at Westpac Stadium, Wellington on Monday.

Martin Guptill and Tom Latham are back in hut after making much impact on New Zealand innings as Pakistan gets earlier upper hand in the game.

Both the openers were shocked by the short pitch deliveries of Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Irfan.

Mohammad Amir grabbed wicket of Tom Latham.

Pakistan XI: Azhar Ali, Mohammad Hafeez, Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Rizwan, Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Amir, Sarfraz Ahmed, Anwar Ali, Imad Wasim, Babar Azam and Mohammad Irfan.

New Zealand XI: Kane Williamson, Martin Guptill, Tom Latham, Corey Anderson, Trent Boult, Grant Elliott, Matt Henry, Colin Munro, Adam Milne, Santner.
