ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorists attack at Bacha Khan University Saddar Campus in charsadda, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Prime Minister in his message has directed all the hospitals officials to give best treatment to the victims of the poor incident, Also Nawaz Sharif said that terrorists have no religion and their struggle against terrorism will be continued with full of their power.
While on the other side Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has strongly condemned the attack and will leave for Charsadda very soon.
Earlier almost at 9: 30 am today, a group of terrorist attacked Bacha Khan University Saddar campus in Charsada.
Law enforcement agencies and rescue teams had rushed to the university campus, while eye witnesses said that gunfire can be heard from university premises. Four major blasts were also heard from inside.
According to reports, the university campus and hostels were being evacuated and people from surrounding areas have been instructed to avoid coming closer to the university.
At least twenty people, one of which was identified as a chemistry professor, has been killed in the attack. Other dead were supposed to be university students and security guards.
Four of militants have also been neutralised so far, according security forces officials.
