New Zealand skipper won the toss and elected to bowl first against Green Shirts. Shaheens set the mammoth total of 172 runs in the limited 20-over game.
Kiwis bowlers failed to damage Pakistani batting line up. Mohammad Hafeez played a aggressive inning 61 runs.
Shoaib Malik also contributed 20 runs in team total while Ahmed only manage to score 16 runs. In reply New Zealand team failed to score 172 runs in 20 overs.
Kiwis manage to put just 155 runs on score board and lost all wickets. Mohammad Amir got his first international wicket after 5 year.
Wahab Riaz took three wickets for Pakistan and played important role in victory of Green Shirts.
