“Asif Zardari’s arrest orders were issued!”

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Awami Muslim Legue (AML) Shaikh Rashid has revealed that arrest warrants of former president Asif Ali Zardari were issued last year, December 27.

Rashid made this revelation during an interview to a local TV channel, tonight.

He said that it is Asif Zardari’s good fortune that he did not choose to come to Pakistan on Benazir Bhutto’s death anniversary on December 27.

Shaikh Rashid claimed that the officer who was tasked to arrest Zardari was one of his acquaintances, and according to him, all the arrangements for Zardari’s arrest were completed.
