Yasir Hameed and Abdul Razzaq took this decision to play upcoming T20 tournament, Master Champions League (MCL).

PCB earlier refused to issue NOC to 10 players for Masters Champions League
Players who were refused NOCs include Mohammadd Yousuf, Abdul Razzaq, Imran Farhat, Toufeeq Umar & others.
Mohammad Yousuf has claimed that by holding back NOCs, PCB is creating obstacles for players who want to play in the MC.
PCB has cleared its stance by stating that NOCs for MCL were refused by PCB as some of the players who have requested them have not officially retired.
